Job Summary

Accountabilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, developing and executing strategies to drive retention and growth
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional services that add value
  • Deliver results consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Align vision, value, and scope at both strategic and tactical levels

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling technology or software solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Experience working within a CRM to track and document results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
