Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Remote Administrative Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional administrative support to the Technology Division’s Shared Business Services team, which serves over 250 employees and contractors. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of daily operations while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Technology Division shared mailbox and respond to inquiries for information.
- Coordinate with business partners on onboarding and offboarding requests.
- Assist with maintaining division data on SharePoint sites.
- Maintain electronic files, records, and meeting room calendars.
- Arrange business travel and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Prioritize projects based on team needs and goals.
- Facilitate safety tours for division staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma and 5 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Ariba or Concur is a plus.
