Our Business Centre in Warsaw brings together primarily IT teams, delivering global solutions and services that shape the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving the hiring request to onboarding a new employee.
- Proactively attract and source candidates using social media, sourcing tools and creative search techniques.
- Conduct market and competitor research to define effective strategies for attracting top talent.
- Strengthen our employer brand image and participate in both internal and external employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English — you will collaborate daily with managers and candidates from different parts of the world.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Understanding of IT technologies and familiarity with Workday HR system will be considered a plus.
