Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development to explore new technologies and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Design, prototype, and implement scalable software solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop and integrate new technologies.
• Analyze data, validate hypotheses, troubleshoot issues, and optimize software performance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design specifications, experimental procedures, and research findings.
• Engage with external partners, including academic and research institutions, to leverage expertise for strategic innovation.
• Contribute to intellectual property initiatives, including patents and technology licensing.
• Participate in project planning, setting research goals, and ensuring compliance with safety and development protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data science with a strong focus on R&D.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Rust, and Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems, computer architecture, networking, and database internals.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing engineering teams, with effective resource allocation and feedback practices.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while maintaining attention to detail and technical rigor.
