Key Responsibilities
- Providing onsite support as the Site Manager’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities.
- Performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
- Contributing suggestions for process improvements and cost savings.
- Providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination.
- Ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are met.
- Working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements.
- Participating in the procurement of vendors and services.
- Ensuring workplace safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place and order.
