About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You’ll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
• Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
• Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
• 6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
• 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience

Other Qualifications

• Proficient with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling
• Experience working with customers and/or team members and leading data requirements sessions
• Participation in a minimum of 1 full life cycle software implementation
• Understanding of the complete software implementation process
