Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing internal business projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will oversee project plans, monitor tasks, and facilitate timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing internal business projects across various teams.
- Follow project plans and schedules, monitoring tasks from inception to delivery.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align project goals and needs.
- Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule.
- Collaborate with operational leaders for process improvements.
- Help create business requirement documents and user training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse levels of leadership.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and EPIC Software is a plus.
