Job Summary

Our Business Intelligence team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reporting and analytical solutions for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions using SAP BW on HANA and native HANA.
• A very deep understanding of one of the functional processes like Sales/Planning/Operations.
• Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Translate requirements into technical plan and align with BSA and project management teams on timing, resources, and scope of the deliverable.
• User acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing (including documenting the results) and enhancement requests with high criticality.
• Assist with development of analytic reporting, BI tools, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Pursue problems and resolve technical issues.
• Debug, fine tune and optimize report performance.
• Closely working with BSA (Business System Analyst) and Business Owners to analyze business problems and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of extensive development experience in SAP Business Intelligence (HANA/BW) solution delivery with at least 4 full life cycle implementations using SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, native HANA, and B/4 HANA.
• Confirmed knowledge in the Design and Configuration of Sales/Planning/Operations Info Providers with BW on HANA experience.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP BW on HANA features, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ and performance optimization concepts.
• Experience with BW data modeling, Business Warehouse Remote Cubes, Multi-Cubes, ODS Objects, Info Cubes, Transfer Rules, Start Routines, End Routines, Info Set Queries, Info Objects.
