Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the online orders are efficiently and accurately transported and loaded for our online shoppers. Will also complete tasks such as organizing, gathering, and loading online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner.
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Answers the telephone and emails promptly.
- Ensures products maintain proper temperature during the entire process.
- Lifts, carries, and loads groceries into customer vehicles.
- Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
- Selects, scans, and bags items from all temperature zones.
- Tenders customer orders through POS.
Requirements
