Job Summary

Employee will be expected to be on-site in Sacramento 2-3 days per week. Serves as an administrator for the in-Epic reporting tools, including RWB, Radar, SlicerDicer, Metrics, and Cognitive Computing models. Represents the Epic reporting team on implementation projects. Develops Epic reports, dashboards, and custom metrics as necessary. Troubleshoots issues with Epic reports and reporting tools. Collaborates with both the Epic application teams and the other teams in Data & Analytics. Provides technical expertise in the architecture and development of integrated data and business process improvement solutions for functional areas through the use of technology in support of Sutter Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Epic reports, dashboards, and custom metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues with Epic reports and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Epic application teams and Data & Analytics teams.
• Provide technical expertise in data architecture and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer, or related field.
• 8 years recent relevant experience.
• Epic certification in Cogito Tools Administration or certification in an Epic Application is highly desired.
• In-depth experience in architecting/solution design using technology experience in data management.
• Advanced experience working with databases (e.g. SQL Server) and large datasets.
