Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in leading a team of account managers, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to drive performance and growth. This role focuses on empowering team members to excel through collaborative practices and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and elevate Account Manager performance through structured development plans and performance analytics.
  • Identify and pursue new business channels or strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with C-level leadership to forecast sales trends and inform organizational strategy.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and excellence using data-driven metrics.
  • Build a ‘Sales Excellence Playbook’ to share best practices across regions.
  • Conduct performance updates on goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the executive bridge between field performance and corporate strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales and/or industry experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques that drive business growth.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to help others achieve sales targets.
