Job Summary

This Level 3/4 position is a Long-Term Assignment to Israel for up to 2 years or more. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies.
• Collaborate with IPTs to support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs with the suppliers.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems related to many manufacturing processes.
• Participate in the implementation of Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Resolve technical issues that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule.
• Conduct root cause corrective action initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers, external customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on production and manufacturing goals.
• Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all manufacturing processes.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Israel, rotating between key sub tier suppliers. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of these suppliers. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
