Job Summary

The Human Resource Manager provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service while managing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Updates payroll system and coordinates employee information in the Workday system.
• Counsels with department heads and employees regarding performance reviews, personnel issues, scheduling, benefits, wages, etc.
• Facilitates the hiring process and may be involved in the interviewing and placement of specified positions.
• Develops effective recruiting and retention programs to facilitate the staffing of the store.
• Conducts orientation and trains new employees.

Requirements

• Experience in human resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
