Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service while managing various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
- Updates payroll system and coordinates employee information in the Workday system.
- Counsels with department heads and employees regarding performance reviews, personnel issues, scheduling, benefits, wages, etc.
- Facilitates the hiring process and may be involved in the interviewing and placement of specified positions.
- Develops effective recruiting and retention programs to facilitate the staffing of the store.
- Conducts orientation and trains new employees.
Requirements
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
