Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner – REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key partner to leaders and managers, promoting organizational effectiveness and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers to align people priorities with business goals and operational needs.
- Build strong relationships within supported departments through regular engagement and proactive partnership.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance, team dynamics, communication, and leadership practices.
- Support leaders through change initiatives including team growth and integration of new ways of working.
- Support workforce planning and talent needs by understanding role requirements and team growth priorities.
- Partner with leaders on performance management practices including goal-setting and feedback.
- Drive key talent processes through consistent facilitation and follow-through.
- Collaborate with recruiting to support hiring strategies and onboarding.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or in an HR Generalist role.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with managers and leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy application.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and navigate sensitive situations.
- Ability to connect business needs to practical people solutions.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting growth, scale, or organizational change strongly preferred.
