Job Summary
The Career Coordinator is responsible for managing and promoting career assessment and vocational counseling through applicant interviews and qualification evaluations to determine employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and promote career assessment and vocational counseling.
- Utilize EmployOklahoma for registering customers for employment and additional services.
- Establish claims for Unemployment Insurance benefits.
- Communicate with management, employers, applicants, and coworkers regarding job orders and referrals.
- Provide resource room assistance with unemployment insurance.
Requirements
- Excellent customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple employment services.
- Knowledge of unemployment insurance laws and regulations.
