Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Manager, Identity and Access Management – REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning and implementing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, working closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance, confidentiality, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise on IAM disciplines including identity governance and administration, Access Management, and identity verification.
• Report on management status, including accomplishments and upcoming plans, to ensure all milestones are met.
• Own the lifecycle management of all IAM technologies and their infrastructure.
• Align IAM processes organization-wide and develop standards for effective use.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of IAM technologies and tools.
• Facilitate understanding of IAM systems among business users.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with business partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement with business partners.
• Stay updated on current IAM threats and industry solutions.
• Conduct proactive research on security weaknesses and recommend solutions.
