Job Summary
We are currently looking for an Account Manager – REMOTE. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic lead for customer engagement
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and work on expansion opportunities
- Manage and forecast customer renewal and expansion goals
- Create customer account plans to ensure value realization
- Conduct regular QBRs with client’s executive team
- Update internal systems to document customer health and status
- Identify advocacy opportunities for case studies and webinars
- Educate customers on new use cases and features
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships
- Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Track record of meeting and exceeding retention and expansion goals
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month for client commitments
