Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Remote Executive Sales Partner. In this impactful role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales executives, guiding them to exceed their organizational goals through strategic insights and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 20 to 30 relationships with senior executive members, actively participating in account planning with senior leadership.
- Engage with clients throughout the member lifecycle: from pre-sale to renewal.
- Conduct annual workshops and lead breakout sessions during client forums.
- Develop and execute customized engagement plans to meet client goals.
- Support sales through prospect cultivation and account development initiatives.
- Facilitate virtual member activities, including workshops, roundtables, and webinars.
- Gather and provide feedback from clients to inform research initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior executive in sales, with a focus on strategic guidance and operational excellence.
- Minimum 10 years in leadership roles such as SVP, EVP, or equivalent, with substantial revenue responsibility.
- In-depth understanding of sales functions and the strategic role of senior sales leaders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex organizational dynamics.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
