Key Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and mentor a team of global recruiters and coordinators ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results
- Drive recruiting process throughout all business units, ensuring that we are executing consistent, fair, and equitable hiring practices
- Implement scalable recruiting strategies that align with company goals
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters alike
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools, systems, and processes that support our hiring efforts
