Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of global recruiters and coordinators ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results
  • Drive recruiting process throughout all business units, ensuring that we are executing consistent, fair, and equitable hiring practices
  • Implement scalable recruiting strategies that align with company goals
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters alike
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools, systems, and processes that support our hiring efforts
