Job Summary

This role is a high-impact sales position focused on driving growth across the Nordic region. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals with technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle within the assigned Nordic territory, including prospecting, pipeline development, and deal closure
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, security, and executive-level stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert, clearly articulating product value to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast data within CRM systems
  • Lead complex deal negotiations, including procurement processes and contract discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, partners, and leadership to ensure successful go-to-market execution
  • Represent the organization at events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or on-demand software sales, ideally within security or IT-related solutions
  • Proven experience selling into the Nordic region
  • Strong track record of quota achievement in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success selling to technical audiences, including Security, DevOps, IT Operations, and C-level stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of enterprise procurement, negotiations, and deal-closing processes
  • Ability to operate effectively in both direct and channel sales models
  • High adaptability, resilience, and comfort working in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20 percent
