Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Cloud Data Architect – REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative data solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data solutions for enterprise customers, including ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and analytics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams for data architectures.
- Lead clients in the architecture and design of enterprise-level cloud engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Ensure quality and governance standards are met throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Stay current with advancements in data and analytics technologies and recommend relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Mentor new engineers and architects on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role related to data.
- Experience with Big Data, data engineering, and architecture.
- Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations in an enterprise setting.
- Knowledge of scalable and distributed systems architecture design.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, lakes, and processing methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Spark, Terraform, SQL, etc.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
