Job Summary
Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy.
- Apply design research methods (e.g., ethnographic studies, usability testing) to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for product development.
- Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to ensure product features align with user expectations.
- Integrate feedback from focus groups and usability sessions into product enhancements.
- Plan, organize, and moderate focus groups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Synthesize feedback into strategic recommendations for product features and positioning.
- Maintain documentation and reporting from sessions to inform cross-functional teams.
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership, product teams, and external partners.
- Create compelling visual narratives that communicate product vision, research findings, and roadmap updates.
- Support scripting and material preparation for leadership calls and stakeholder briefings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product analysis, design research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong facilitation skills with focus groups and user interviews.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle methodologies and agile environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree.
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
