We are looking for a Director, Recruiting to lead Sales, G&A, Operations and IT Recruiting – come join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high performing team to partner closely with EStaff, hiring leaders, HRBP’s and HR Partners to develop recruiting strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s brand, culture and core values.
- Drive end to end recruiting processes from building creative sourcing solutions using AI tools and other inventive approaches.
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process and achieve results and decisions.
Requirements
- 7 plus years’ recruiting leadership experience mentoring and developing high performing teams.
- 12 plus years’ recruiting experience with proven experience developing and scaling recruiting strategies.
- Sound knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, compliance, and proven expertise in implementing forward-thinking recruiting initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Benefits & Perks
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD – 368,000 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
