Job Summary
InsideTrack seeks a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team in the position of Associate Vice President of Development. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partner Success, you will play a pivotal role in our development efforts to support our coaching and training programs for post-secondary education and career advancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies (grant concepts, letters of intent, and proposals) aligned with organizational goals.
- Raise $3M+ in the first twelve months, and $5M+ annually thereafter from national and regional funding sources.
- Provide thought leadership internally and externally, including speaking at conferences and publishing opinion pieces.
- Collaborate with team members to leverage expertise and ensure success.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills and a proven track record in making a compelling case for organizational support.
- Deep knowledge of the postsecondary education and career advancement landscape.
- Strong connections with foundations to increase philanthropic support.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
