Job Summary
The Manager works collaboratively within a team to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems. This position is primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients and actively leading and managing significant workstreams or projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine client needs in terms of the engagement statement of work.
- Lead, guide, complete, and provide quality assurance over data analyses.
- Interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations.
- Develop final recommendations and solutions for client consideration.
- Develop deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences.
- Assist in the implementation of recommended improvements.
- Manage project or workstream economics and administrative activities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to all staff working on projects.
- Build strong, referenceable client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in managing significant workstreams or projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead client interviews and utilize various analytical methods.
