Job Summary

As a Site HR Support your mission:

• Supports employees’ arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
• Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required
• Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates…)
• Presence control
• Employees support related to Payroll topics
• Hirings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Relations or Master’s degree in HR.
• Passionate about HR topics.
• Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
• Professionalism and transparency.
• Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
