Job Summary

As a Marketing Analyst at Unlock, you will play a critical role across multiple lines of business, bridging the gap between client business objectives and Unlock Health’s technology solutions. A true utility player, you’ll take on a wide variety of assignments, from supporting analytics solution deployments and campaign performance reporting to claims analysis, quarterly business reviews, and other ad hoc requests.

We’re seeking an experienced marketing analyst with curiosity, technical acumen, and strong communication skills; someone who can uncover insights, support client storytelling, and collaborate across teams. You’ll gain a strong understanding of our products and services and how they work together to create client value, while rolling up your sleeves to deliver hands-on analytics that drive marketing results in the healthcare space. The Marketing Analyst is a data storyteller and will have experience working with marketing data in various analytic tools (like Tableau, Excel, BigQuery, and Snowflake) but will be eager to continuously improve their skills and to add new tools to their arsenal. Marketing measurement and storytelling are the primary focus of the role, but a successful candidate will contribute to deeper analytics work by identifying opportunities, sourcing and analyzing data, and partnering with the broader team on solution design. Critical thinking and strategic thinking will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client-Facing Analytics Support: Serve as the primary day-to-day analytics contact for assigned clients, answering questions and communicating insights clearly and confidently. Translate questions into data-based answers, find the “story” in the data and develop clear, engaging reports that follow data visualization and presentation best practices. Support quarterly business reviews and other client-facing deliverables with insights and visuals.
  • Marketing Reporting & Analysis: Develop measurement frameworks in partnership with strategy, media, SEO, and content teams. Manage campaign reporting across multiple channels (paid media, SEO, site analytics, CRM) and performance analysis, as well as other ad hoc requests. Interpret data from multiple sources — including media platforms, site analytics, and claims datasets — to identify patterns and inform recommendations. Make edits and improvements to existing dashboards (built primarily in Tableau), ensuring accuracy and usability. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency in reporting.
  • Data Wrangling & Tool Use: Query and manipulate data using a combination of SQL, Snowflake, and other tools.
