Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Data Product Manager to drive the development, maintenance, and adoption of our foundational data products. You will be responsible for treating our core datasets as a true product—ensuring they are discoverable, reliable, and reusable. This is a critical role that will enable data-driven decision-making across the entire organization by providing a single source of truth for key metrics, and empowering our analytics teams with the tools and training they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the product roadmap for foundational datasets, ensuring they align with company-wide goals and business needs.
• Work with data engineering teams to build canonical datasets and semantic layers.
• Establish standards and best practices for curating data assets and dashboards within our business intelligence tools, such as Looker.
• Drive adoption through training and enablement, ensuring teams are proficient in leveraging our governed datasets.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Clinical, Care, and Growth teams to deliver data-informed perspectives and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing data products.
• Proven experience in a product management role, with a strong focus on data-intensive products.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and significant experience with Python for data analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
