About the Department

The Global Shareholder Services (GSS) team at Franklin Templeton drives operational excellence and customer service across the company. GSS manages transfer agent functions, regulatory compliance, and strategic modernization initiatives. Team members—financial professionals, business partners, and leaders—work together in a collaborative, client-focused environment. How You Will Add Value

  • You will support integration of new business elements and improve processes.
  • You will define and implement critical workflows and controls.
  • You will coordinate enhancements to business processes and represent business priorities.
  • You will partner on change management for new initiatives.
  • You will analyze and manage business data using modeling techniques.
  • You will compile analytics, conduct research, and provide actionable reporting.
  • You will prioritize business needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • You will support policy development, quality reviews, and customer experience initiatives.
  • You will provide peer feedback and share subject matter expertise.
  • You will collaborate to develop processes for call center operations.
  • You will research business objectives, identify risks, and propose solutions.
  • You will assess risks, analyze impacts, and adapt to changing strategies.
  • You will identify and leverage industry best practices.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years in systems analysis, financial services, or technical projects.
  • Experience in mutual fund operations, transfer agent services, or recordkeeping is preferred.

Work Schedule & Location

Hybrid work model based in St. Petersburg, FL or Rancho Cordova, CA. Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm local time.
