Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in calling into Enterprise Customers and scheduling appointments with key decision-makers. This role is critical in driving our business development efforts and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within Enterprise Customers
- Identify and qualify leads through research and direct outreach.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- 3 years proven experience in lead generation, particularly with Enterprise Customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
