Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Athletics Director, this position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the athletic department. The Part-Time Administrative Support Staff member will primarily aid Full-time athletics administrative staff during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles special projects as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation and the Deputy Director of Athletics.
  • Assists department staff with administrative tasks.
  • Provides administrative support for all Departmental efforts in regards to the Eagles Club and Development Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
