Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits and Wellbeing Lead to join our Reward and Wellbeing team on a fixed term contract until January 2027. The successful candidate will be an experienced benefits and wellbeing professional and will be responsible for the development, management and administration of Wellcome’s benefits and wellbeing portfolio, including the management of the Flexible Benefits portal.

• Development, management and administration of benefits and wellbeing portfolio
• Management of the Flexible Benefits portal

Requirements

• People Management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Project management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to analyse data and highlight any issues

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
