Job Summary

IMEG is growing, and we’d love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Civil Project Design Engineer in our Bozeman, MT office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer looking for a step up in their career!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform as Project Manager (PM) on some projects.
• Provide mentorship on detailed engineering analysis in the preparation of engineering reports, permit applications, and construction plan preparation.
• Participate in Learning & Development opportunities focused on personal and career growth.
• Direct and train Civil Design Technicians and/or Civil Designers.
• Independently evaluate, plan, and conduct work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Devise new alternatives/approaches to problems encountered.
• Exercise project leadership in a technical or managerial way on certain projects or oversee portions of large projects.

Requirements

• Experience in civil engineering design.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments and disciplines.
