Job Summary

Your role at Clorox: As part of the Sales Planning team, you will support the development and execution of customer and category business plans. You will partner closely with the Sales Planning Team Leader, Sales Planning Manager, and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to influence the development of Multi-Year and Next FY Category Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 20%
• Drives the Business: Contributes to Business Plan for Category or Brand. Works with cross-functional partners and field teams to bring Customer perspective. 30%
• Customer and Category Planning: Provides input into integrated customer plan and contributes to business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Responsible for assigned customers. 30%
• Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%

Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of CPG experience
• Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience Clorox external (Field/Customer) experience beneficial
• Strong Category Knowledge
• Consultative/Solution Selling
• Category Business Planning and Insights
• Understanding of key Clorox Processes
