Job Summary

As part of a cross-functional team, you will execute the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance, and/or efficiency projects, emphasizing meeting the desired consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and execute projects according to RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements with guidance from a manager.
- Effectively communicate status and risks.
- Plan and execute pilot plant and factory trials according to good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements.
- Write technical reports containing analysis and recommendations.
- Create and maintain specifications managed by the consumer.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in food science, science, or engineering background ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
- Ability to work independently under managerial guidance.
- Prioritizing and managing activities.
- Proactively identifying issues and generating solutions independently.
- Applying basic technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical writing.
- Placing the consumer at the center of development activities.
