Job Summary
Monstro is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and scale the talent foundation of one of the most ambitious AI-native fintech companies in the world. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll design and execute the recruiting blueprint that fuels Monstro’s next stage of growth. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, AI/ML, product, and operational roles—sourcing exceptional talent, managing pipelines, and partnering directly with Monstro’s leadership team to ensure every hire meets the company’s technical bar and cultural values. Beyond filling roles, you’ll architect the systems, tools, and workflows that enable speed, precision, and repeatability. This role blends execution with strategy—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, moves with urgency, and takes pride in shaping a world-class recruiting function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Data, Product, and select business functions.
- Own the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive, top-tier candidates across competitive markets.
- Maintain real-time visibility into pipelines, ensuring clarity, speed, and communication at every stage.
- Build and refine Monstro’s recruiting infrastructure—ATS workflows, automation, templates, and analytics dashboards.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, etc.) to improve efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Create process documentation and recruiting playbooks for repeatable scale.
- Work directly with Monstro’s leadership team to prioritize roles and calibrate candidate profiles.
