Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing efforts and the launch of a new paid media strategy. This role will engage in the development of paid media, organic digital efforts, website strategy and more while providing “Wow Them” service to clients and/or internal customers or co-workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing department leads and cross-functional leaders to understand the digital marketing needs of the business.
- Manage internal project coordination and act as the primary liaison with third-party digital agency focusing on organic search, SEO, paid search and paid social digital strategies.
- Develop and execute a performance-driven digital marketing strategy tailored to optimizing lead acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.
- Manage website UX & strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and personalization strategies to increase lead generation.
- Collaborate with our internal social media team to ensure alignment between all of our organic and paid social messaging.
- Team with the Regional marketing leads to help drive targeted paid media efforts to help expand emerging regions.
- Manage and collaborate with program owners on email marketing campaigns and newsletters related to specific programs, events, and other projects.
- Optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance optimization.
- Minimum of two (2) years search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and ad budget management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo.
- Data-driven mindset with deep experience using Google Analytics.
