Job Summary
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close – with law firms of varying sizes.
- Develop a healthy pipeline, leading consultative sales conversations, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Target new prospects and manage your own book of business.
- Prospect, qualify, and lead discovery calls and demos to uncover client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create account plans to maximize opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Structure and manage negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Engineering.
- Represent Pattern at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
- Travel up to 30% for client meetings, on-site visits, and industry events.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 3-6 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
