Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to employees and all levels of management.
  • Provide guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • Lead proactive workplace initiatives and strategies.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and internal reviews.
  • Manage performance improvement and discipline processes.
  • Develop and execute employee and labor relations strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct and lead teams, determine supervisory relationships, and create staffing plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of Employee Relations experience (or advanced degree with 8+ years).
  • 7+ years of managerial experience.
