Job Summary

As Staff Product Manager for Upmarket Onboarding, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for how Vanta onboards upmarket (mid-market and enterprise) customers. This highly strategic role sits at the center of Vanta’s upmarket motion, ensuring every customer experiences a tailored, intuitive, and fast path to seeing value in Vanta’s GRC platform. You’ll build AI-powered experiences to decrease onboarding time from months to days for our most sophisticated customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision for Vanta’s upmarket onboarding experience — helping organizations import, map, and configure, their security programs in Vanta
  • Translate complexity into clarity — prioritize scalable solutions that deliver clarity and confidence throughout onboarding
  • Innovate with AI — integrate AI into the core onboarding experience, making it proactive, intelligent, and scalable
  • Deeply understand customers — partner directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to uncover needs, test hypotheses and validate solutions
  • Lead cross-functionally — partner with engineering, design, go-to-market and cross-functional product teams to drive alignment and execution across the customer journey
  • Shape Vanta’s product culture — help define what great product management looks like as we scale

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including building and scaling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with leveraging AI/ML to solve customer problems
  • Proven track record of driving large, cross-cutting initiatives successfully
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity — you thrive on understanding complex workflows and simplifying them elegantly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including with executive stakeholders
