Job Summary

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Prepares various foods for the Market Grille and is responsible for all hot foods and cold foods including available heat-and-eat varieties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, loading or unloading heavy items, and addressing customer suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepares cooking surfaces and menu items including vegetables, sides, meats, and breakfast foods.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation procedures in the work area.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable of all menu items and able to take guests’ orders.
• Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
