Job Summary
The Director, Global Compensation is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation strategies and programs that support the organization’s business objectives and talent needs worldwide. This role will lead the design and execution of global compensation frameworks, including base pay, short-term incentives (STI), sales compensation, and executive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market best practices.
- Oversee the design, administration, and communication of short-term incentive (STI) plans, including eligibility, performance metrics, and payout processes.
- Develop and manage sales compensation programs in partnership with Finance that drive performance and support business growth, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and market competitiveness.
- Provide support for executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity-based compensation (in partnership with the Equity Manager), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with shareholder interests.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to HR business partners and senior leaders on compensation-related matters, including market analysis, job evaluation, and pay equity.
- Monitor global compensation trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform program design and ensure ongoing competitiveness and compliance.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, incentive calculations, and compensation-related communications.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure effective governance, reporting, and compliance for all compensation programs.
