- Build compelling data stories, provide recommendations for our product roadmap, and influence decision makers.
- Partner with product leaders and cross-functional teams across the company to develop strategies, evaluate opportunities, raise risks or blockers, and align on recommended actions.
- Proactively investigate data to uncover the why behind our metrics.
- Build and promote data products (dashboards, frameworks, reports) that improve internal visibility and external outcomes.
Requirements
- An undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. data science, engineering, economics, finance, statistics, or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles, with a strong track record of using data to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions, with experience working with product teams strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, structure open-ended problems, and develop well-reasoned, data-driven solutions.
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audience.
- Experience with event-based clickstream data (e.g. Google Analytics).
