Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handles cash register operations accurately.
• Maintains store cleanliness and equipment condition.
• Completes merchandise ordering and maintains stock levels.
• Controls cash and inventory records.
• Reports incidents and maintains safety standards.
• Attends job-related meetings and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
