Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibits caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, loading or unloading heavy items, and addressing customer suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Packages purchases and assists customers in transporting them.
• Cleans registers, restrooms, break room, and backroom.
• Stocks, faces, and rotates merchandise.
• Maintains supplies on front-end.
• Adheres to company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
