Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Transaction Excellence Specialist to support the European Order Operations team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Order Operations Team is responsible for the support of HQ, Sales and Delivery teams from order-, throughout delivery and revenue recognition process. Defining, implementing and executing efficient processes will be key to enabling smooth order placement, management and rapid deliveries while providing Lucid customers an exceptional luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, overseeing and resolving all inquiries related to operational processes and project activities to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Map and analyze the detailed steps of the order-to-delivery lifecycle across various purchase scenarios and system platforms, ensuring process clarity and identifying operational gaps that will translate into projects.
• Drive the planning, execution, and prioritization of projects within established timelines, while maintaining a clear and up-to-date project portfolio overview for visibility and alignment.
• Evaluate the impact of operational and system changes on project objectives and monitor post-implementation adoption rates to ensure successful integration.
