Job Summary

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead advanced system integration and verification efforts in a high-tech engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex virtual integration and verification testbenches for systems under test.
  • Execute test scenarios, analyze results, and identify design or functional issues using virtual simulation techniques.
  • Integrate systems and tools via standard APIs to enable smooth data exchange and model interoperability.
  • Automate testing and orchestration using scripting languages such as Python and C++.
  • Apply expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, and Cameo Systems Modeler for system modeling, validation, and maintenance.
  • Conduct requirements and architecture modeling using SysML and Cameo.
  • Support Digital Engineering initiatives, establishing end-to-end model-based workflows and virtualized test environments.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring high standards of quality and process compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aerospace or automotive system development and verification.
  • Hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and model-based design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and scripting for automation and test orchestration.
  • Experience with HIL/PIL simulations and test equipment virtualization.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Engineering solutions and model-based workflows.
  • Experience in system requirements modeling, architecture validation, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DO-178C, DO-331, ARP4754A/B standards, configuration management, model governance, and test automation frameworks.
