Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to shape a greenfield product from its earliest stages. You’ll design for founders, operators, and finance teams who expect intuitive software, seamless integrations, and automation that eliminates busywork.

Key Responsibilities

• Feel a strong sense of ownership – driving the product from early concepts to launch and beyond.
• Drive architectural decisions and define the technical direction, while fostering alignment across the team and mentoring engineers toward those goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, lovable experiences.
• Build core functionality in React + TypeScript, ensuring the product is performant, maintainable, and scalable.
• Mentor and support more junior engineers on the team, raising the bar for technical excellence.
• Champion a product-focused approach: keeping the user experience front and center in every decision.

Requirements

• Has 7-10+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Is product-minded, with a track record of building and shipping successful products.
• Thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the opportunity to build a product from the ground up.
• Can balance speed and quality, making smart tradeoffs in the face of competing priorities.
• Enjoys mentoring and leveling up teammates, and takes initiative to make coworkers’ lives easier.
• Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively across functions, and seeks out opportunities to have outsized impact.
