Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship and operations across all lines of business for an assigned payer book of business. This role is the primary point of contact for the partner’s operational, member engagement, and partnership performance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships and operations across lines of business.
- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs—enrollments, clinical outcomes, satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Analytics to produce performance reports and translate insights for the Payer and the Product Team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify trends and drive performance optimization.
- Partner with Marketing and Client Success to design and launch targeted engagement campaigns.
- Influence product roadmap priorities through partner feedback.
- Serve as primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution, collaborating with Client Delivery and CS to address challenges.
- Actively monitor and track forecasting, enrollments and revenue.
