About the Department

Emerging Technologies & Incubation (ETI) is where new and bold products are built and released within Cloudflare. Rather than being constrained by the structures which make Cloudflare a massively successful business, we are able to leverage them to deliver entirely new tools and products to our customers. The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for products being built under ETI, including AI Gateway, a critical developer-facing product that is designed to serve as an intelligent traffic layer for AI APIs, helping developer teams manage, monitor, and optimize their use of AI models at scale across the Cloudflare network. This is a unique opportunity to build at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, exceptional developer experience, and the rapidly evolving field of AI.

What you’ll do:

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Gateway and related infrastructure services.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand the needs of developers managing production workloads.
• Translate customer pain points into clear, actionable product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering and design to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Own key product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly to achieve product-market fit and drive adoption.
• Work with marketing, sales, and documentation teams to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption of new features.

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or related field.
